Why arrange childcare at your wedding?

For a child, a wedding is a very long day: they are there from the ceremony, and often until late in the evening.

We set up their space in advance, away from the flow of guests, and welcome the children as soon as their parents need us to. Our team works with them in age groups all day long, mixing lively activities with quieter ones.

The children have their own party. Their parents stay at yours without running back and forth, and you have nothing to manage.

What does the children’s day look like?

We plan their day around the key moments of yours, so the children are never left waiting around.

  1. 1

Their space is ready before they arrive

We set it up in advance, away from the flow of guests, organised by age group. The children are welcomed as soon as their parents need us to.

  2. 2

    During the ceremony

The bridesmaids and page boys stay by your side. The others have quiet activities suited to their age, instead of a long time sitting still.

  3. 3

    Games during the drinks reception

The guests get together as adults. For the children, it is time for games, led by the team.

  4. 4

A programme of their own during the adults’ meal

A seated dinner is a long stretch that is not made for children. They have their own programme, with quiet time for the youngest.

  5. 5

On the dance floor, with you

The children join the dance floor whenever you like, and the team stays with them for as long as the party lasts.

  6. 6

The venue left clean and tidy

We clear up, remove the floor and furniture protection and pack everything away: the team stays until the very end.

Who looks after the children?

A professional team that runs activities in English, French and Spanish.

Whether you are searching for a wedding babysitter, a nanny or wedding childcare in Paris, this is what we do: we look after all the children invited, with their own space, their own programme and proper supervision, for the whole day.

Speaking three languages helps when some of your guests do not speak French. We look after children aged 3 and over; younger ones are still welcome, with a parent.

Performers, a magician, face painting, a photographer: as options, we find them, book them and coordinate them on the day.

Included every time

  • A space reserved for the children, set up in advance
  • A professional team, with numbers matched to the children’s ages
  • Activities in English, French and Spanish
  • A programme built around the running order of your day
  • All equipment and supplies
  • Floor and furniture protection, and packing away

Optional extras, depending on the programme

  • Performers
  • A show
  • Face painting
  • Magic
  • A photographer

Is your wedding already organised?

Everything is ready, except the children.

The venue is booked, the caterer chosen, the adults’ programme written. We arrive with the team, the programme and the equipment, fit into your organisation and run the children’s space from start to finish. This is the most common situation.

There will be children, but no programme.

You know they will be there, without knowing what to offer them. We build the programme from their number, their ages and the constraints of the venue, then we run it.

You are starting from scratch.

Nothing is planned yet. As well as the children’s space, we can design the event, choose the performers and coordinate the whole day.

How do we prepare your wedding with you?

A first conversation, a quote, then a team on site until everything is packed away.

You tell us about your wedding

The date, the venue, the number of children, their ages and the duration. This is what we need to prepare the quote.

We build the programme

Around the running order of your day, fitting into your organisation.

You send us the list of children

First names and allergies. We use it to form the age groups.

On the day, we are there

From setting up to packing away.

How many children, and how old? That is the first thing we will ask you.

Frequently asked questions

How much does wedding childcare cost?

Every service is quoted individually, based on the number of children, their ages, the venue and the duration. Tell us about your wedding and we will send you a proposal.

Can I make my request in English?

Yes. Our request form is in French, but you are welcome to write to us in English at contact@revesetconfettis.fr.

What is in the proposal you send?

The hour-by-hour running order, the make-up of the team, the activities planned for each age group and the performers involved. The overall price is shown with a line-by-line breakdown, options are priced separately, and the cancellation terms are stated.

Can you provide an English‑speaking babysitter for our wedding?

Yes. Our team runs activities in English, French and Spanish. We look after all the children invited to your wedding, in a space set aside for them, with a programme that follows your day.

When do you start looking after the children?

As soon as their parents need us to, often from the ceremony, and for as long as your party lasts.

From what age do you look after children?

From age 3. Children under 3 are still welcome at your wedding, but they must be accompanied by a parent.

Do the children still take part in the wedding?

Yes. The bridesmaids and page boys stay by your side during the ceremony, and all the children join the dance floor whenever you like.

Do we need a dedicated space for the children at the venue?

Yes, that is what lets them have their own party: a space away from the flow of guests, which we set up in advance.

What happens if it rains?

If the children’s space is planned outdoors, a fallback option is agreed with you and with the venue before the day.

Do you work at weddings outside Paris?

We work in Paris and Île-de-France, and we travel elsewhere in France on request.
